In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific policy document, the specific policy document shall prevail with respect to the subject matter it governs.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein.

dbajee shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure, or from any unauthorised access to your Account that results from your own negligence. Any Bet placed using valid Account credentials shall be deemed to have been placed by the registered Account holder.
dbajee employs SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Notwithstanding these measures, you are responsible for ensuring that the device and network you use to access the Platform are themselves secure and free from malware, spyware, or other unauthorised software.
The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer via participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name and for which you are the verified account holder. dbajee does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to have originated from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
Deposits credited to your Balance are available for wagering once cleared. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and are displayed at the point of deposit within the Platform. These limits may differ depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may be unable to process withdrawals until the required documentation has been reviewed and approved by our compliance team. dbajee aims to process withdrawal requests to mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) promptly. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional processing time depending on the receiving institution.
dbajee reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request. Where a withdrawal is held for review, the relevant Player will be notified via the contact details registered on their Account. Any funds that dbajee has reasonable grounds to believe are the proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity may be withheld pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in BDT. dbajee does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own applicable charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider.
From time to time, dbajee may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must typically be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus Funds that have not met the wagering requirement at the time of a withdrawal request may be forfeited.
dbajee reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to have abused promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using automated systems to place qualifying bets, or colluding with other Players — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and their Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed.
Bonus offers are intended for recreational Players and are not available to Players who have self-excluded, Players whose Accounts are under review, or Players identified by the Platform as exhibiting patterns consistent with bonus abuse.
All Bets placed on the dbajee Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are accessible within each product section of the Platform and form part of your agreement with dbajee. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing any Bet.
dbajee reserves the right to void any Bet that has been placed or accepted in error, as a result of a system malfunction, or where there is evidence of exploitation of a manifest error in the odds or game parameters. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the relevant Player's Account Balance.
Cricket betting markets on the Platform — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of match suspension, abandonment, or other extraordinary circumstances, specific settlement rules for the affected market will apply as set out in the relevant sport's rules section.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) operated by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others). dbajee does not control or influence individual game outcomes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from dbajee. Unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may give rise to legal liability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dbajee makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the compatibility of the Platform with any particular device or browser.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, dbajee's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by dbajee's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. dbajee does not guarantee any return on funds wagered on the Platform.
dbajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any verified real-money Balance (net of Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement) will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of an Account for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 10, 11, and 14 — shall continue to apply after termination.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and dbajee shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration procedures.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm. The Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh; access from jurisdictions outside Bangladesh is not encouraged and is undertaken entirely at the Player's own risk and subject to the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
